Zhamankul Asıljan Zulfkarovich

Zhamankul Asylzhan Zulfkarovich was born in 1970 in Kyzylorda.
In 1994, he graduated from Karaganda Pedagogical Institute with a degree in physical education teacher, and in 2018 from Narkhoz University with a degree in law.

He started his career in 1987 as a sports instructor in the village of Aydarli, Syrdarya district, in 1988-1990 he served in the Soviet army, in 1990-1994 he was a student, in 1994-2003 he was a student of the zhmys MTS sector.
