Biography
Asset Tolegenovich Abishev, was born on November 14, 1979 in the village of Aksu -Ayuli, Shetsky district, Karaganda region. From September 01, 1986 to May 25, 1996, he studied at the M. Gorky secondary school in the village of Aksu -Ayuli, Shetsky district, Karaganda region. From September 01, 1996 to June 30, 2001 he studied at the Zhezkazgan University named after O.A. Baikonurov, Zhezkazgan. From 06.08.2001 to 01.11.2002, he served in the Army of the SS of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a private shooter in / h Border Guard Service.
