Sarmanov Talgat Manafovich

He was born on July 23, 1963 in the village of Kokpekty, Kokpekty district, Semipalatinsk region. Kazakh. Higher education, graduated from Semipalatinsk Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute in 1985 with a degree in veterinary medicine.
