Kumargaliev Nurzhan Zholdybaevich

Born on November 15, 1980, in the village of Zhanatalap, Balykshi district, Guriev region. In 2002, he graduated from Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov with a degree in "Finance and Credit" and received the qualification of "Economist-Financier".

He began his career in the statistical authorities in 2003, as a specialist of the "statistical summary works of agricultural and industrial sectors of the economy" of the Department of Statistics of Atyrau region. Till 2007 worked as the leading expert of department of "summary works and publishing activity", the main expert of department of "summary works and distribution of statistical data". In 2007-2008 worked in the Tax Committee of Atyrau region, as a chief specialist-inspector of the department of "administration and monitoring of large taxpayers" Department of oil and gas sector and large taxpayers. 2008-2009 worked as the head of the department of "summary works and distribution of statistical data" of the Department of Statistics of Atyrau region. 2009-2014 worked as deputy head of the Department of Statistics of Atyrau region, from November 2014 to November 2020 as deputy head of the Department of Statistics of Atyrau region of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From November 6, 2020 to December 7, 2021 - Deputy Head of the Department of National Statistics Bureau of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau region. From December 7, 2021 year he is the Head of the Department of National Statistics Bureau of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau region.

By the Order №83-nq of the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2015 he was awarded the badge «Статистика үздігі».
