Biography
She was born on February 20, 1964 in the village of Belovodskoye, Irtysh district, Pavlodar region. Graduated from the Almaty Institute of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activity.
She was awarded the badge "Uzdigi Statistics". Member of the Nur Otan Party.
From 1983-1985, inspector, economist of the Pavlodar Regional State Insurance Inspectorate.
From 1992-1999, Economist of the Department of Capital Construction Statistics of the Pavlodar Regional Statistics Department.
