She was born on May 23, 1962 in the village of Ulyanovsk, Ulyanovsk district, Karaganda region.
In 1984 she graduated from Karaganda State University with a degree in Finance and Credit
From August 1984 to October 1996 - Auditor-inspector of the Budget Department.
1996 - 2001 - Head of the Consolidated Economic Sector of the Budget Department
2001-2005 - Head of the Department of Methodology of Budget Procedures and Analysis of Budget Execution of the Department of Finance of the Karaganda region
2005 - 2007 - Head of the Budget Policy and Planning Department of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Karaganda region.
2007-2013 - Deputy Director of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Karaganda region
From October 2013 to 2014 - Head of the Department of Statistics of the Karaganda region,
From November 04, 2014 to November 05, 2020, she was the head of the Department of Statistics of the Karaganda Region of the Statistics Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
