She was born on September 13, 1966 in Akmola region.
In 1987 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk Institute of National Economy with a degree in Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activities.
From 1987 to 1989, he was an economist at Zerenda RP "Agropromenergo".
From 1989 to 1992 - an economist at the industry department of the Kokchetav regional department of statistics.
From 1992 to 1994 - Leading Specialist of the Department of Macroeconomic Indicators of the Kokchetav Regional Department of Statistics.
From 1994 to 1997 - Head of the Finance Department of the Kokchetav Regional Department of Statistics.
Since 1998 - chief specialist of the Department of Finance, Prices and Balance Works of the Akmola Regional Statistical Office.
Since 1999 - Head of the Department of Finance, Foreign Economic Relations, Prices and Services of the Department of Statistics of the Akmola Region.
Since 1999 - Deputy Head of the State Institution "Department of Statistics for the Akmola Region".
Since April 28, 2008 - Head of the RGU "Department of Statistics of the Akmola Region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics".
