Kuntuganova Gulnara Temirbulatovna was born in April 10, 1968 in Shymkent. Kazakh.
In 1995 he graduated from Almaty institute of national economy majoring in «Economist».
16.08.1985 - 29.02.1988 years – a nursing aid, technician, medical statistician of Shymkent municipal mental hospital.
04.03.1988 - 29.07.1988 years – a student of Almaty institute of national economy.
10.10.1988 - 18.09.1995 years – I category cash keeper-expert of the regional operational administration, an economist of sector on organizing credits of operation administration, specialist of sector on organizing financial crediting of operation administration, an economist of the organization department of financial crediting of Agroprombank.
19.09.1995 - 01.06.1997 years – an economist, chief economist of the department of analysis of statistsic product of the administration of statistsics and analysis of Southern-Kazakhstan region.
01.06.1997 - 04.01.2006 years - chief economist, leading specialist, head of the department of building and investments of the administration of statistsics of Southern-Kazakhstan region.
