Biography
She was born on December 18, 1968 in the Mangistau region.
In 2000, she graduated from the Aktau branch of the Almaty Accounting and Technology College of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Accountant-Economist.
In 2002 she graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Economics.
She was awarded the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Respublikasynyn tauelsіzdіgіne 20 zhyl", the badge "Uzdіgіstatistics".
From 1986 to 1993 she worked as an operator of the Department of Operation of Electronic Computers of the Computing Center of the Statistical Administration of the Mangyshlak Region.
From 1993 to 1995 - Economist of the 1st category of the industrial statistics group of the Mangistau Regional Department of Statistics.
From 1995 to 1997 - economist of the 1st category of the statistics group for the study of the living standards of the population of the Mangystau Regional Department of Statistics.
