Biography
Kargulov Baglan Saparbekovich was born on January 24, 1976 in the village of Chunja, Uygur district, Almaty region. Kazakh. In 2002 he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization; in 2005 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Economics. In 2019, he graduated from the Alamatinsk Academy of Statistics and Economics with a degree in "Master of Economics"
