Biography
Ybraev Elaman Nurbergenuly was born on May 22, 1999, in the village of Beineu, Mangystau Region. In 2020, he graduated from Turan–Astana University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
From May 17, 2021 to October 15, 2021 — Methodologist of the Taxpayer Relations Department at the Beineu District Department of State Revenues.
From February 1, 2022 to February 9, 2023 — Statistician of the Digitalization Development Department at the Department of Digital Technologies of the Mangystau Region, Aktau.
From February 13, 2023 to April 12, 2023 — Acting Chief Specialist of the Digitalization Development Department at the Department of Digital Technologies of the Mangystau Region, Aktau.
