K.Bekshin was born in 1969, Kazakh nationality, has a higher education. In 1994 he graduated from Karaganda Economic University with a degree in history, in 1999 he graduated from Karaganda Economic University with a degree in economics and management.

Career

He started his career in 1994 in the Customs Administration of the Karaganda region, where until November 2002 he worked in various positions from inspector to head of the Department of the Customs Administration of the Karaganda region,
