Alimbayev Yersayyn Sansyzbaevich

Yersaiyn Sansyzbayevich Alimbayev was born on 4 November 1976 in Khojeyli, Republic of Uzbekistan. He is ethnically Kazakh. He holds higher education degrees: in 1998 he graduated from the South Kazakhstan Open University with a degree in Law, and in 2015 from Almaty Management University with a degree in Business Administration.

He began his working career in 1994. From 1997 to 2001 he served in the internal affairs bodies of the city of Aktau. Since October 2001 he has worked in the customs authorities of Mangystau Region. He rose from inspector of the internal security service to head of several customs posts (“Tazhen”, “Seaport”, “Aktau Airport”, “Aktau Customs Clearance Centre”) and deputy head of the Department of Customs Control for Mangystau Region. He has also headed the Post-Customs Control Division and the Civil Service Division.
