Biography
Born in 1980 in Mangistau region. Education - higher legal education. In 2004 he graduated from the Karaganda Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov.
From 2004 to 2009 , he was an operative in the divisions of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mangystau region
From 2009 to 2011 , Head of the Criminal Police Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Tupkaragan district of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mangystau region
From 2011 to 2015, an operative, senior operative in the Committee for Combating Drug Trafficking and Drug Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
From 2015 to 2017, Head of the Department for Combating Drug Trafficking of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mangystau region
