Sultankulov Ermek Samidinovich was born on July 9, 1985, Taldykorgan, Almaty region, graduated from the Almaty Law Academy of the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University (jurisprudence) in 2007, in 2020- and Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov (Master of Law).
