Urazbaeva Lazzat Amanzholovna

Urazbaeva Lazzat Amanzholovna, was born on September 15, 1971 in the city of Shalkar, Aktobe region, in a family of intellectuals.
She graduated with honors from the eighth grade and entered the Aktobe Pedagogical College with a degree in Drawing and Technology.
In 1990 she graduated with honors from Aktobe Pedagogical College. Being already a teacher, in 1992 she entered the Aktobe Pedagogical Institute named after K.Zhubanov at the technical faculty and graduated from Aktobe University in 1997 with a degree in General Technical Disciplines and Labor.
In 2016, she received a higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence". He is a Master of Pedagogical Sciences.

She began her career in 1990 at the Toguz secondary school of the Shalkar district, where she worked in the direction until 1997. The experience of working within the walls of his native school helped him become a master of his craft.
From 1997 to 2003, she worked as a labor teacher at the secondary school of the gymnasium No. 24 in Aktobe. During these years, along with her main profession, she was engaged in methodical work, and also led the section of teachers of technical disciplines in Aktobe.
Since 2003, she worked as the director of primary school No. 40, and in 2009 she was appointed director of secondary school No. 40.
Along with her main position, she actively participated in the professional development of teachers of the region - she was a lecturer at the Aktobe Regional Institute for the Training and Advanced Training of Teachers, disseminated best practices.
In 2008, she became the winner of the regional competition "Director of the Year - 2008".
From January 2011 to January 2017, she headed the Department of Education of Aktobe.
From January to November 2017, she served as Deputy Akim of the city of Aktobe.
From November 2017 to 2021, he worked as the head of the State Institution "Department of Education of the Aktobe region".
