Biography
Kabyl Magyar Rakhimzhanovich was born on January 23, 1981 in Aktobe region.
In 2001 he graduated from Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov, Bachelor of International Economic Relations, in 2015 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Public Local Administration.
He started his career in 2001-2002 as a teacher of the Department of "world economy" of the Faculty of economics of Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov.
