Talgarova Maria Kabidenovna was born in 1985 in the city of Zharkent, Almaty region. Higher education. In 2006, he graduated from Zhezkazgan Industrial and Humanitarian College with a degree in software engineer, in 2017 from the Kazakh University of Railways with a degree in financier.
