Date of birth: 11.11.1972 Sarlyk village, Ulytau district, Karaganda region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1995 she graduated Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in civil engineering.
In 2006, she graduated from the Central Asian University with a Bachelor of Law degree.
01.09.1998 - 02.07.2001 -executive secretary of the administrative commission of the office of akim of the city of Satpayev.
02.07.2001 - 01.03.2004 - Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Operational Management and Housing and Communal Services of the city of Satpayev".
