    Biography

    Colonel of Civil Protection Turegeldiev Yerlan Ablaevich was born on June 16, 1980 in the city of Semipalatinsk, Semipalatinsk region.

    In 2002, he graduated from the Shakarim SSU with a degree in «Low Temperature Engineering and Physics», in 2012 he graduated from the KTI of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in «Fire Safety».

    In the period from 2005 to 2015, he worked in various engineering and inspection positions in the Department of Emergency Situations of the East Kazakhstan Region.

    From 2015 to 2020, he held senior positions in the direction of control and preventive activities in the field of civil protection in the Department of Emergency Situations of the WKO.

    Since December 2020, he has been appointed Head of the State Fire Control Department of the Fire Service Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
