Marat Erzhan Maratuly

Marat Erzhan Maratovich was born in 1985, graduated from the Law Institute of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Jurisprudence.

He started his career in 2007.
