Biography
Isataev Ersin Syzdykovich was born in 1981 in the village of Egindybulak, Karkaraly district, Karaganda region. In 2004 he graduated from the Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Lifting and Transport, Construction, Road Machinery and Equipment.
He began his career in 2004 as a driver of Nurkhan LLP. In 2006, he worked as a mechanic at Nurkhan Association LLP. After that, he worked as a mechanic in the State Enterprise "Improvement".
In the period from 2007-2009, he worked as a driver in Soyuz LLP, Economic Management-2006 LLP, and in the State Institution "Akim's Office of Shakhtinsk".
From 2009 to 2011, he held the position of chief specialist of the State Institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the City of Shakhtinsk”.
From February 7, 2011, he worked as the chief specialist of the State Institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the City of Priozersk”. Then he worked as the head of the sector of the State Institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the City of Priozersk”.
In 2013, he held the position of chief specialist of the department of water supply and sanitation of the State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Karaganda Region".
From 2017 to 2019, he held the position of Head of the Housing Sector of the State Institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways and Housing Inspection of the City of Shakhtinsk”.
From March 2019 to April 2020, he held the position of Deputy Head of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways and Housing Inspection of the City of Shakhtinsk".
From April 13, 2020 until his current appointment, he held the position of Head of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways and Housing Inspection of the City of Shakhtinsk".
On July 27, 2021, he was appointed Akim of Novodolinsky village.
