Biography
He was born in 1975 in Karaganda. In 1996, he graduated from Karaganda State University (Economist), in 2000 and 2014 - Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (Lawyer, Master of Economic Sciences).
From 1999 to 2007, he worked in various positions in the customs authorities of Karaganda region.
From 2007 to 2023, he headed departments of the Akim's Office of Karaganda region. He served as Deputy Akim of Kazybek bi district in Karaganda, Deputy Head, Head of the Akim's Office of Karaganda region.
On February 17, 2023, he was appointed as a Head of the Akim's Office of Astana.
