Biography
He was born on August 15, 1981 in the village of Karabulak in the Alginsky district of the Aktobe region. In 2002 he graduated from K.Zhubanov University, in 2015 from the Russian-Kazakh International University. Qualification in the specialty – historian, economist.
He started his career in 2002 as a teacher at Kazakh secondary school No. 3 in Alga.
2003 – 2004 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the Alginsky District;
2004 – 2006 - Chief specialist of the Information and Analytical Department of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Alginsky district";
2006 - 2007 - Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Alginsky district";
2007 – 2013 - Head of the Quality Control Department for the provision of public services at the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Alginsky district";
2013 – Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Alginsky District;
2013 – 2016 – Chief of Staff of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Alginsky district";
2016 – 2020 – Deputy Akim of the Alginsky district
2020 – 2022 - Inspector of the Department of Organizational and Territorial Work of the central office of Nur Otan in Astana.
