Assylbekov Almas
Deputy Chairman of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Biography
Almas Asylbekov was born in 1986 in Zhetysu region. Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Ichthyology, Industrial Fisheries and Fisheries Management, Eurasian Humanitarian Institute with a degree in jurisprudence, Turan-Astana University - Master of Jurisprudence.
He began his career in 2008 as a leading specialist of the Akmola Regional Territorial Inspection of Fisheries of the Fisheries Committee of the Department of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2009-2014 he worked as an expert, chief expert of the Committee of Fisheries in the systems of the Moscow Agriculture Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Moscow Department of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2015-2016, he worked as a chief expert, head of the legislation department of the Department of Legal Support of the Department of Legal Support of the Moscow Union of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016-2021, he worked as Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since May 2021, he has been working as Deputy Chairman of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhsta.
