Pazylbekuly Azimbek

Azimbek Pazylbekuly, born in 1991 in the Zhanakorgan district of the Kyzylorda region, holds a higher education degree. He graduated from several institutions, including the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata, Kazakh State Law University named after M.S. Narikbayev, and Bolashak University, with specializations in public administration, economics, construction, and law.

He began his professional career in 2013 as an acting lead specialist in the Department of Internal Policy of Kyzylorda city, eventually advancing to the roles of lead and chief specialist. In 2015, he was appointed chief inspector of the Organizational and Inspection Department in the akim's office of Kyzylorda city. Later, he moved to the Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services, and Land Resources Management under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he served as an expert and later as chief expert.

From 2017, he held the positions of chief expert and head of department in the Committee for Construction, Housing, and Communal Services within the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He subsequently led various divisions in the Ministry of Investment and Development and the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development. Additionally, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services in both the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development and the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
