Duysebaev Talgat Tursynuly

Talgat Duisebayev was born in 1973 in Zhalagash district. He graduated from Kyzylorda Polytechnic Institute and Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.

He started his career as a physical education teacher at the Zhalagash District children's and youth sports school.

1994-2011-accountant of the Department of Education of Zhalagash District, Chief Specialist of the sector of economy and business support of the Office of the Akim of Zhalagash district, head of the Department of economy and budget planning of the region, deputy head of the Department of Agriculture of the region.

In 2011-2020-head of the Regional Department of Agriculture, akim of Zhalagash district, head of the Regional Department of Agriculture, coordination of employment and social programs.

Since September 2020, he has held the position of Akim of Syrdarya district.
