Irina Petrovna has been in charge of the legal department since January 21, 2021, Russian by nationality, has 2 higher educations.
I. P. Savelyeva was born on May 14, 1978 in the village of Zhezkent, Borodulikha district, East Kazakhstan region. In 2000, she graduated from Semipalatinsk State University. Shakarim, majoring in Veterinary Ecology, in 2011, East Kazakhstan Regional University, majoring in Law.
She started her career in 2000 as the head of the Bacteriological Department of the Territorial Veterinary Department of the State Veterinary Service of the Altai Territory of the Russian Federation. In 2008, she worked as a teacher of veterinary disciplines at the East Kazakhstan Agricultural College of the Department of Education of East Kazakhstan Region. From 2008 to 2009, he was a monitoring methodologist in the analytical accounting and monitoring group of the State Institution "Resource Center of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk". From 2015 to 2017, Chief specialist of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Opytnopolsky rural district of the Glubokovsky district". From 2017 to 2019, Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of East Kazakhstan Region". From 2019 to 2021, Chief Specialist of the Department of Legal, organizational and Personnel Work of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of East Kazakhstan Region".
