Oteuov Erlan Oteuovich was born in 1979. Graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in jurisprudence.
Total experience in law enforcement service is more than 23 years.
He held the positions of assistant, senior assistant to the Prosecutor General of the Department of Special Prosecutors of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the Department of Special Prosecutors of the Almaty City Prosecutor's Office, deputy prosecutor of the Turksib district of Almaty, senior assistant to the Prosecutor General of the Special Prosecutor Service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputy head of the Special Prosecutor Service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputy head of the Pre-trial Investigation Service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
