Biography
Ikenova Assel Saparovna, was born on April 20, 1982 in Saran, Karaganda region.
In 2001, she graduated from the Shakhty Technological College with a degree in Law.
In 2004, she graduated from the D. A. Kunaev University with a degree in Law.
From 2006 to 2007, she held the position of chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the city of Shakhtinsk".
From 2007 to 2016, she held the position of chief specialist of the sector for work with political parties, NGOs, mass media, youth policy, State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the city of Shakhtinsk".
From 2016 to 2021, she held the position of chief specialist of the sector for work with political parties, NGOs, mass media, youth policy and religion, State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the city of Shakhtinsk".
From 2021 to the present, she holds the position of head of the sector for work with political parties, NGOs, mass media, youth policy and religion of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the City of Shakhtinsk".
