Biography
Kystaubaeva Aziza Kalikyzy was born in 1991 in the Zhambyl Region. She graduated from the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University (standardization, metrology, and certification) and Turan-Astana University (law).
She began her career in 2014 as a lead specialist in the Astana City Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology under the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she worked until 2019.
2019–2021 – Chief Expert at the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2021–2022 – Chief Expert at the National Center for Human Rights.
2022–2026 – Chief Expert at the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In September 2026, she was appointed Head of the State Control Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
