Biography
Was born on September 2, 1986 in the city of Karaganda, has two higher educations - economic and legal.
He began his career as an assistant to the district police inspector of the Mikhailovsky base station of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Karaganda, worked in various positions in the apparatus of the akim of the Nurinsky region, in the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Karaganda Region, in the Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region.
Since 2016, he has been working in the audit commission for the Karaganda region, in 2018 he was appointed head of the personnel management service (HR department).
