Graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management in Almaty, Aktau State University, specialty "Economist", "Lawyer".

He started his career in 1999 in the management of the Tax Police Committee for the Mangystau region.

From 1999 to 2001 - Inspector of the Department of the Tax Police Committee for the Mangystau region.

From 2001 to 2002 - Senior Inspector of the second Department of the Department for the Detection of Economic Crimes of the Financial Police Department in the Mangystau region.

From 2002 to 2014, he served in the financial police.

From 2014 to 2016 - Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the city of Almaty.

From 2016 to 2018 - Head of the Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Karaganda region.

From 2018 to 2019 - Deputy Head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (Anti-Corruption Service) of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption.

From 2019 to 2021, Head of the 4th Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2021 - 2022 Head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) in the city of Shymkent.

Since December 21, 2022 - Acting Head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) in the Turkestan region.
