Biography
Ayan Bakhiyanov was born on November 2, 1983 in the North Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Kazakh State Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin with a degree in Industrial Fishing.
He has been working in the fisheries industry since 2005, he began his career as a leading specialist of the industry committee. According to the results of the competition for the vacant position, by the order of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2021 N 180 Bakhiyanov Ayan Kairatovich was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Previously, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Balkhash-Alakol Interregional Basin Fisheries Inspectorate of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
