Asylbekov Almaz Abdinurovich was born in 1977 in Zhambyl region.

Graduated from Taraz State University named after M.H. Dulati.

He began serving in the prosecutor's office in 2004, and at various times held the positions of assistant, senior assistant city prosecutor, deputy district prosecutor, senior assistant regional prosecutor.
