Otarbayev Aset Bolatovich

He was born on December 20, 1986 in the city of Aktobe, Aktobe region. In 2012 he graduated from Aktobe State University named after K.Zhubanov with a degree in Finance.

He started his career in 2006 as a sales manager at Uni-Kos LLP.
In 2006-2007, he was a specialist in the consumer lending department, a leading specialist in the consumer lending department of the Front Office of the Kok Zhar branch of Kaspiy Bank JSC in Aktobe.
From 2007 to 2010 - Head of Sales Department, Director of "Uni-Kos" LLP.
From 2010 to 2016 - Director of Unicos Gold LLP.
From 2016 to 2018, he held the position of Commercial Director of Integral Aktobe LLP.
In 2019, he worked as a manager of the Internal Control Department of KazMunayGas Onimderi LLP.
In 2019-2020 - Project manager, Commercial Director of KAZGYLYM Scientific Center LLP.
On April 16, 2021, he was accepted as the acting head of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of the Aktobe region", on August 11, 2021, following a special audit, he was appointed head of this department.
