He graduated from the South Kazakhstan Humanitarian Institute (Jurisprudence) named after M. Saparbayev.

He began his career in 2003 as an investigator of the Department of Inquiry of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Aktau and held the following positions until October 2020.

- Deputy Head of the Department of Inquiry of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Aktau;
- Head of the Department for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person of the Investigative Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktau;
- Consultant, Head of the Department, Head of the Department for Supervision of legislation on civil Service and Anti-Corruption of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Mangystau region;
