Biography
Was born on September 29, 1983 in the Karaganda region, has two higher educations, legal and economic, master of jurisprudence.
He began his career in the justice authorities. He was appointed to the audit commission for the Karaganda region in October 2011 as the head of the organizational and legal department, since December 2017 he has been holding the position of chief of staff.
Has certificates of the state auditor, state auditor of the highest category, a license to practice law.
He was awarded the badge of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget "Memlekettik audit zhune karzhilyk bakylau salasynyk uzdigi" II degree.
