In 2009, he graduated from the M.Saparbayev South Kazakhstan Institute
From 2015 to 2018 – the chief specialist of the South Kazakhstan regional Department of Civil services affairs and Anti-corruption Agency.
From 2018 to 2019 – the chief specialist of the Shymkent city regional Department of Civil services affairs and Anti-corruption Agency.
From 2019 to 2021 – the senior officer, the special affairs officer of the Prevention and Integrity division of the Shymkent city regional Department of Anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 2021 up to the present – the Head of the Prevention division of the Shymkent city regional Department of Anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
