Kurakbaeva Kenzhegul Kurakbaikyzy

Kenzhegul Kurakbayeva was born on 01.01.1967 in Kyzylorda, in Abay village. Higher education, 1985-1987 - specialty "Accountant" in the Novosibirsk Soviet Trade Technical School, in 2000 graduated from the Karaganda Economic University and got a qualification “Economist-financier”.

She started her labour activity in 1987 as an inspector of operational division of the regional center for payment of pensions and allowances in Kyzylorda city.
From January to November 1993 she worked as an inspector of Kyzylorda city department for social protection of population;
From 1993 to 1995 she worked as a senior inspector of the Kyzylorda city department for social protection of population;
From 1995 to 1996 she became a chief specialist of the Kyzylorda City Department for Social Protection of Population;
From 1996 to 1999 - head of the department for payment of pensions of Kyzylorda City Department for Social Protection of Population;
From 1999 to 2000 she became the head for the sector of veterans of the Kyzylorda city department for social protection of population;
From 2000 to 2005 she worked as the head of the department for payment of social benefits and work with veterans and disabled people of the Kyzylorda city department for labor and social protection of population;
From January to March 2005 she became the head of the department of social benefits and work with disabled citizens of the Kyzylorda city department for employment and social programs;
From 2005 to 2019, deputy head of the Kyzylorda city department for employment and social programs;
From 2019 to 2021, deputy head of the department for employment, social programs and civil status acts registration of the Kyzylorda city;
By order of the mayor/akim of the Kyzylorda city dated March 18, 2021 Kurakbayeva Kenzhegul Kurakbayevna was appointed as head of the сommunal state institution “Department for Employment, Social Programs and Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the city of Kyzylorda”.

The Department of Social Protection was founded in the county city of Perovsk (now the city of Kyzylorda) in 1920,consisting of 3 people, later the name of the department was changed several times;
1922-1925 –the Council of Deputies of the county city of Akmeshit, Working economy, the Red Army, the Executive Committee of Social Security.
1925-1939 - Council of deputies of the county city of Kyzylorda, the workers’economy, the Red Army, the Executive Committee of Social Security.
1939-1977 – Soviet of Working people’s deputies , Kyzylorda Executive Committee of Social Security.
1977-1992 - the Council of People's Deputies, Kyzylorda Executive Committee of Social Security.
1992-1998 - Kyzylorda city department of labor and social protection of the population.
1998-2005 - the city department of labor and social protection of the population.
2005-2018 - the city department of employment and social programs.
Since 2019, the Kyzylorda City Department of Employment, Social Programs and Registration of acts of Civil Status has been named.
