Biography
Shokpanov Artur Yerbulatovich, born in 1989, higher education, graduated from the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov.
He started his career in 2013 as an assistant prosecutor in the city of Uralsk and has been continuously serving in the prosecutor's office for more than 8 years.
He has experience in various positions of the Prosecutor's Office of the West Kazakhstan region.
From April 2018 to October 2018, he was the head of the Department of the Prosecutor's Office of Uralsk.
From October 2018 to May 2019, he held the position of Senior prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the West Kazakhsktan region.

He is married and has two children.
