Biography
Colonel Ayzharykov Nurlybek Uzekovich, Deputy Head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Mangistau Region.
July 25, 1980 was born and raised in the Aktobe region. In 2002 he graduated from Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov, in 2007 the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law, in 2019 the Academy of Civil Protection of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
He began his career with serving in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 2002 to October 2005, then from February 2006 he continued his service in the civil protection bodies as the head of the guard PCh-15 Aktobe region. Between 2006 and 2015, he held various leadership positions in the field of civil protection. In 2015, he headed the Civil Defense Department of the Emergency Situations Department of the Aktobe region.
From 1.07.2022 to the present, the deputy head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Mangistau region of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
