Biography
Higher education, in 1995 he entered the Kostanay Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay, graduated from the Kostanay Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1997.Kostanay, majoring in law enforcement. In 2005, he graduated in absentia from the Kazakh Institute of Jurisprudence and International Relations in Almaty with a Bachelor's degree in law.
He started his career in 1993 at vocational school-23 in the village of Karasu, students of the farmer-tenant group
In 1995 he worked as a tractor driver.
From 12.09.1997 to 05.09.2012, he continuously served in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, special rank: "police lieutenant colonel".
From 14.01.2013 to 03.07.2018, he worked at Ivolga-Holding LLP in Kostanay as a security service specialist. From 01.08.2018 to 17.05.2021, he worked at VAN LLP as a legal adviser.
Since May 25, 2021, he has been working as the Akim of the State Institution "The Apparatus of the Akim of the village of Novopavlovka" to the present.
