Biography
Ulan Dosymbekov
Born in 1984, higher education. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in jurisprudence, U. Zholdasbekov Academy of Economics and law with a degree in accounting and audit, I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu State University with a degree in state and local administration.
He started his career as a chief specialist of the koksu district maslikhat.
In different years, he was akim of Algabas rural district of Koksu district, head of the Office of Akim of Koksu district, deputy akim of Koksu district.
Since November 2022-deputy akim of Karatal district.

By order of the acting akim of Zhetysu region Yerlan Shoiuly Isabekov was relieved of the post of Akim of Karatal district in connection with the transfer to another job.
