Sagymbek Marat Rakhimberdievich was born on March 8, 1966. In 1993, he graduated from Zhambyl Technical School of light and food industry. he graduated from the Almaty branch of the Institute of grain storage and processing technology and in 2002 from the Aulie Ata University, law.
