    Biography

    Born on October 7, 1974 in the village of Makhambet, Makhambet district, Guryev region. Higher education. He graduated from the Guryev Agricultural Technical School and the West Kazakhstan Institute of Languages and Management with a degree in Economics and Management.

    From 1992 to 1998-accountant of the Department of plague Control Makhambet. From 1998 to 2010, Chief Specialist of the Makhambet district Department of Employment and Social Programs. From 2010 to 2014, Chief Specialist, head of the department of the Makhambet district Department of Economy and Budget Planning. From 2014 to 2019, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Economics in the Department of Economics and Finance. Since June 7, 2019, he has been working as the head of the Makhambet district Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Registration. He is married and has 3 children.
