Biography
Kanapin Serikkali Alpamysovich was born on January 9, 1978 in the Kaztalovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations, graduated from the Almaty Commercial Institute with a degree in Economics and the West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Law.
He started his career in 1998 as an inspector of the Tax Committee, then worked as an economist, accountant, and lawyer at KUAT JSC, KEGOC JSC, and private companies.
From 2011 to 2014, he was the chief specialist and head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services and highways of the Bayterek and Terekta districts of the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2014 to 2019, he was the head of the department and Deputy Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2019 to 2023, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of Atyrau region.
From 2023 to 2025, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Mangystau region.
From 2025 to 2026, he held the position of Head of the Department of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Mangystau region. On March 31, 2026, he was appointed deputy akim of the Munailinsky district of the Mangystau region.
