Mulkai Miras Rustemuly

Miras Mulkai graduated from Makhambet Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Finance, as well as Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University with a degree in Construction.

Previously held positions

* Chief Specialist of the improvement sector of the Department of Housing and Communal Services , Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Uralsk,

* Head of the Improvement Sector of the Department of Housing and Communal Services , Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Uralsk,

* Deputy Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspection of the city of Uralsk,

* Head of the Construction Department of the city of Uralsk, Deputy Akim of the city of Uralsk. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan Region, he worked as the head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the West Kazakhstan Region .

The newly appointed deputy akim of the region will oversee construction, landscaping, energy and housing and communal services , passenger transport and highways, state architectural and construction control and supervision.
