Biography
Born on March 30, 1967 in the village of Belovka, Mamlyutsky district, North Kazakhstan region. Nationality-Russian. Education — higher.
In 1994, he graduated from the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute named after K. D. Ushinsky with a degree in history and social studies, methods of educational work.
In 2016, he graduated from the Kokshe Academy with a Bachelor of Education degree.
He started his career in 1989 as a mathematics teacher at the Belovskaya School.
In the period from 1989 to 1994, he studied at the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute.
From 1995 to 1999 — specialist in basic health and safety of the regional department of physical Education and sports of the education system.
From 1999 to 2006-Head of the Dept of the regional department of Physical Education and Sports of the education system.
In 2006, he joined the civil service as the head of the Dept of Coordination and Licensing of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the North Kazakhstan region.
Since 2013, he has been appointed head of the Sports and Mass Dept of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region.
Since December 2021, Head of the Mass Sports and Infrastructure Department of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region.
