Baymakhanova Gulnar Burkhanovna

Baimakhanova Gulnara Burkhanovna was born on December 7, 1964 in Kyzylorda city. Higher education, graduated the Almaty Institute of National Economy (1982-1986) with a degree «Еconomics».

She began her career in 1986 after graduating the Almaty Institute of National Economy as a senior economist in the finance department of the agricultural complex in the finance department of Kyzylorda region.
In 1989 she was an economist of the 1st category,
In 1998 she was the chief economist of the social protection department of the above mentioned institution,
In 1999 she was the head of the sector of the budgetary department of financial management.
Since January 2005, she has been the head of the Kyzylorda city department of economics and budget planning.
